Our Annual Christmas Fair will take place on
Sunday 4th December 2022 from 12pm - 3pm
The Christmas Fair is always a fantastic fun-filled day for the entire school - and the biggest fundraising event of the year!
There’s lots to do, see and eat! We will have our famous Santa’s Grotto, live music, delicious food, and loads of stalls offering gifts, treats, crafts, games and much much more!
The Fair is a team effort so we need YOU, our school community to help with:
* Setting up tables etc the day before
* Running a stall on the day
* Baking for the cake stand
* Making or donating craft items
* Donating saleable items for the Fair stalls and Secret Present Room.
* Generally helping out behind the scenes or being a “gopher” on the day!
If you think you can help, just enter your name and phone number and the task you’d like to volunteer for at the link below and we’ll get back to you. All the better - rope in a friend! Past pupils are especially welcome to help.

* Books, DVDs, CDs and clean toys in good condition (no soft toys please) and bric-a-brac.
* Gift items for the ever-popular Secret Present Room - stationery, cosmetics, socks, gift sets, gag gifts, etc. The kids go Christmas shopping without their parents! We wrap the gift and the kids love having a secret!
* Cakes and treats. Calling all bakers! Mince pies, cakes, reindeer food, Christmas biscuits, cupcakes, homemade jams, chutney, truffles etc are always in demand.
* Donations of bottles. Anything in bottles; wine, cava, oils, chutneys to name a few..
