Our Annual Christmas Fair will take place on
Sunday 1st December 2018 from 11am - 3pm
The Christmas Fair is always a fantastic fun-filled day for the entire school - and the biggest fundraising event of the year!
There’s lots to do, see and eat! We will have our famous Santa’s Grotto, an amazing raffle, delicious food, and loads of stalls offering gifts, treats, crafts, games, face-painting, nail-art, cupcake decorating, hotdogs, smoothies and much much more!
The Fair is a team effort so we need YOU, our school community to help with:
* Setting up tables etc the day before
* Running a stall on the day
* Cooking for the food area
* Baking for the cake stand
* Making or donating craft items
* Donating raffle prizes
* Donating saleable items for the Fair stalls and Secret Present Room.
* Generally helping out behind the scenes or being a “gopher” on the day!
If you think you can help, just enter your name and phone number and the task you’d like to volunteer for at the link below and we’ll get back to you. All the better - rope in a friend! Past pupils are especially welcome to help.

All donations are very gratefully received and all profits go to our school - a registered charity.
For the Raffle:
* Wine, gifts, decorative items etc, in new condition.
* Gift tokens for beauty treatments or fun experiences.
* Please consider asking friends or favourite businesses to donate an item or voucher.
* Raffle prizes can be brought into the office from now as it will help us to print the tickets !
For the Fair Stalls:
* Books, DVDs, CDs and clean toys in good condition (no soft toys please) and bric-a-brac.
* Gift items for the ever-popular Secret Present Room - stationery, cosmetics, socks, gift sets, gag gifts, etc. The kids go Christmas shopping without their parents! We wrap the gift and the kids love having a secret!
* Cakes and treats. Calling all bakers! Mince pies, cakes, reindeer food, Christmas biscuits, cupcakes, homemade jams, chutney, truffles etc are always in demand.
* Donations of bottles. Anything in bottles; wine, cava, oils, chutneys to name a few..
The Christmas Fair is BSP’s biggest fundraising event, and is essential to keep our school funded!
